truck has dandruff

when i touch the paint ( mostly on the roof) of my 91 blazer it comes off and sticks all over my hand... i dont really know that much about paint... is there anything i can do to clean it all off and keep it from doing it anymore, or should i just sand it down and paint over it?

best bet would be to sand it down and primer it.

Yeah, have a professional do it, if you don't know what you're doing.

Re: truck has dandruff

my 89 is the same way. factory clearcoat is peeling on the hood and roof really bad. it sucks, but it's a common problem with that era of paint jobs.
