Toothpaste!!

Never thought it would work until I seen it done on two guys garage.... I used regular name brand colgate toothpaste to polish some old tarnished weather beaten headlights and my side mirrors on my blazer. I just put it on like a wax and washed it off.... that simple.... Anyone else try this yet?

Re: Toothpaste!!

I heard about it but I used a much more radical, but effective, method when I fixed my mom's 00 mustang lights.

Re: Toothpaste!!

All the toothpaste did was make them somewhat shinier....it didn't take the nasty film off.

Re: Toothpaste!!

toothpaste is a polish of sorts. i used to use it to clean up the armature shafts on my rc car motors.
broke the bushings in quicker on the stock motors as well
