I let my bro use my truck and he washed it before he brought it back, but he got alot of tire detailer on my polished rims. I have tried alot to get it off but nothings seems to work, any suggestions would be great.

Re: tire detailer on rims
Here's 2 polishes that should work:
Meguiars All Metal Restorer It's about $5 a bottle. I can't find it at any stores out here any more, it was sold evrywhere (Target, Pep-boys, etc..), but now no ione carries it. Your areas stores may have it. The Meguiars site has it still. Mothers Billet Polish It's $12 a jar and sold everywhere. My suggestion, go to Autozone or Pepboys, find the polish, open it and put a small amount on your finger. Then go back to your truck and try it on one part of your rim. If it works, go back and buy it. |
