tide?

so i thought some other of you fellas might get a kick out of this like i did

so i was washing my girlfriends mother's car today, and she was like "wow it looks really good, did you use some of our tide?"

so stopped and looked at her funny, and said wtf did you just say? cause it was damn sure funny.

and she goes "they make car wash? the only thing weve ever used is tide. mainly cause it smells good too"

<<<my reaction was similar to all those. no wonder her paint feels like 220 grit sand paper. looks like im going to wax her car tomorrow and see if i cant smooth it out haha.

haha. weird, she makes straight A's in college, but has absolutly no common sense sometimes. haha laterr

Re: tide?

once before i had my liscense, i told my grandpa that i'd help him wash the car, so we went outside, and he poured some tide in the bucket and we washed the car with it.

Re: tide?

theres no doubt that semi looks good! but just hearing "tide" used to wash a car sounds like it would not be good for it, seeing as its for clothes,ya know?
