Teflon borders on back 3 windows???

i ordered my 03 noma brand new a few months back. i requested to have it come with deep tinted glass. needless to say, the dumb fock forgot to input the code and i didn't want to wait another month for a new truck so i still bought it.

i took it to have a tint shop apply tint, and now im left with these ugly ass light grey borders around my back 3 windows. it looks nasty as hell imo with black tint then some ghey lookin grey border surrounding it. ive been told that its teflon and isn't removeable. is this true? i really wanna strip that sh!t off my windows so i can re-tint and have my windows pure black.
