what is clay bar? i've heard bad things about it. like that it can ruin your paint. my firend claims that clay bar ruined the paint on his tail gate or something.

Clay Bar will only ruin your paint if you don't know what u are doing. Buy the clay bar in a kit. Mother's and Meguiar's offer it in a package with spray lubricant. Read all directions before you use it and keep whatever surface you are using it on well lubricated. A clay bar picks up surface contaminants and other stuff you may have missed while washing. These bars are perfectly safe to use and your friend must not have known what he was doing. |
