i would think so, but dont put alot of presure on the dash if it is flexible it could crack the clearcoat

depends on what type of paint...is it rattle bomb or base/clear, or just base...

depends. i doubt you have much of a clear built up, especially if you did spray paint, so you would have to use a really mild rubbing compound
