Super Dirty Interior.. Help

just bought a 98 s10 that has been sitting for 5+ years. before that it was a work truck and it appears he never cleaned up at all before getting in the truck. the grab handle on the door panel was pretty much solid black. and all the texture on the seat, door panels etc has dirt/grease/grime in it. i have been using armor all wipes and scrubbing on it and its coming out. but im going through those wipes like crazy. anyone have a good product that will lift all that crap out with ease?

and the dash is faded like a mother and all chalky. what do you all recommend?

they are coming out with the armor all interior wipes. but i have to work at it and im going through the wipes pretty fast.

i dont mind doing it on my blazer cause it takes a while for it to build up cause i clean my hands n stuff before getting in. but this thing is just disgusting. i dont see how people can sit in filth.

I've used p21s total auto wash w/ a carpet brush on really tough interior work. Works perfectly. Heres some pics of one of my jobs (I have a better one at another computer that I'll have to put up). But heres hte product I'm referring to as well: http://www.glimmerglassdetailing.com/totalautowash.html

Re: Super Dirty Interior.. Help

I bought a 94 that had sat for about 6 years and the inside smelled like wet dog and smoke. IT was NASTY AS HELL. I was at sams club and my wife kept telling me how great oxy clean was. so i bought a 14 lb thing of it used all of it to clean the seats and every pannel was taken off and cleaned with it. it worked great got all the stains out. when i bought it the inside was this ulgy green/ yellowish color and now its back the gray it was supposed to be.

Re: Super Dirty Interior.. Help

Looks nice! When I get a job like that I usually take the seats out and use an APC or woolite diluted on everything.

You know what works for that? There's this foam stuff in a can, but the head of the can is a brush. I don't remember what its called but the can is blue

Re: Super Dirty Interior.. Help

I love Tuff Stuff it works pretty good and it smells like lemons.

There's a turtle wax one with a brush on the end and that works pretty good too, it's in an orange can with a citrus scent.

What I like to smell food while cleaning.
