Strong Cleaners?
Im lookin for something that is a strong cleaner that i can use on paint but not ruin the paint, because...
some jacka$$ put like somesort of powder mix stuff (i think its powdered milk) all over my hood, it wouldnt have been so bad if it hadnt been raining that night but it left a film or took some of the clearcoat off cuz no matter what i do it doesnt come off.  its dull as crap, any help? please |
