Stock s10 rims.. how to clean?

I have these kind of rims, anyone know what the best way to clean them is? they're pretty bad lol. and the center caps? they're plastic, am i better off trying to find them somewhere?

btw i've never posted up my truck so here's some before pics.. it's actually all sanded down now, just putting finishing touches and hopefully will have it nicely primed by jan. probably can't see all the scratches and dings but that is why i started workin on it.. not just for the hell of it

If mine can look that good I will be amazed.. that's fuggin sexy.. mine don't even look chrome.. mine are like that but chevy center cap obviously.. as you can see above .. If it's the same steps.. i'll follow firm's howto in the other thread

Re: Stock s10 rims.. how to clean?

haha thanks .. i'm working on it.. trust me.. all dents and dings are gone except for one big dent on the side i'm currently working on.. i wish i knew how to do metal work because bondo sucks when you have to use a lot. Also, I have a brand new chrome front bumper, headlights, grille, and lower valance. All i need on the front is some clear corners and a chrome chevy emblem.. now.. you wanna answer my question ?
