Re: soft tonneau cover...
i use formula 2001 on mine. seems to work well. Mine is red though. My first one got real nasty and i decided to us some simple green to clean it. That was a big no no. Armerall or anything like that is fine but when it rains out it runs down the sides of your truck. I have never had any problem getting it off like stated above. Just make sure you dont use anything to clean it that may have a degreaser or anything like that in it.

Re: soft tonneau cover...
I clean mine with regular car wash/soap and dry it with a micro fiber towel. I have some detailers dressing made by CarBrite that I use about twice a year on it and it seems to be enough for me. Armor All will do one of a few things to a soft tonneau cover: 1) dry it out prematurely, causing dry rot/cracking/splitting, 2) over-done shine resulting in the need for a tinted rear window and/or potential backing over of small school children on sunny days, 3) run right off the sides as soon as it rains, leaving little oily shiny streaks all over your bed, or a combination of all thee above.
Watch out for the little ones! |

Re: soft tonneau cover...
dont use armor all or black magic or any leather conditioner or anything like that.. it fades your tonneu in the long run (i worked at a carwash haha i know!) but anyway. go and get some vinyl conditioner and do that shit the right way.
