S10 Extreme I did some work on

I figured you guys might like this one

I detailed this 2000 Extreme for my soon to be brother-in-law ( wedding this afternoon actually ) He bought it new and took good care of it ( or so I thought ), but the paint was trashed! Well, needless to say that after about 12 hours of work, it looked much better.

Extreme detailed TONS of pics on there.

Here are a few samples

BEFORE

AFTER

There is a shitload more pics of everything on that link!

Re: S10 Extreme I did some work on

All that was left of the deeper scratches was a very tiny pit where it was hit the hardest by whatever fell on it. It took a lot of work, but almost all of it came out.

I wish it was mint, but the paint is getting micro cracking all over it and looks terrible from about 6" away not much I could do for that.

Re: S10 Extreme I did some work on

id say part of it may have been repainted, due to the excessive amount of orange peel.

Factory paint on everything except the front bumper. I know the owner and he bought it new, only accident it has ever been in was when someone backed into him at a gas station which screwed up his grill and bumper.

Orange peel... yup.. that's factory paint for ya. It would be nice if they had put a little more pride into the paint job on the vehicles they put out
