restoring plastic?

i have been using mothers back to black on my quad plastically recently and love the results... however on my banshee plastic there is a definite mark where stickers once were... that area is shiny and unscratched but all aorund that it is dull and scrtached.. is there a way to maybe lessen this or better yet blend it all together

Re: restoring plastic?

You could try the 3M plastic cleaner. It gets out the scratches so it would help the rougher areas match the preserved area more closely. Try wax first? Maybe that would work?

Re: restoring plastic?

I would suggest trying poorboys professional polish. Its a chemical cleaner that can be used on glass, plastic, clearcoats, etc. Follow that up with something like trim restore.
