removing side decal
I just got a 98 S10 and it has a decal going along the hole upper side... what is the best and quickest way to remove it without damaging anything?

i would try an adhesive remover on a warm day. after you use an adhesive remover you have to put a coat of wax down because the remover will strip it all away. or you could just use your fingernail to peel it off

i just heated it up w/ a blowdryer then peeled away, if there is excess adhesive, scrub w/ a bit of water and car wash soap till its gone.

i dont know about GM, but while i was working off my decals with a credit card on a warm day, my neighbor came over to help and had some Tar & Bug Remover he got from his Toyota dealership that is clearcoat safe and it got off my decals completely with just one wipe and worked great you can't even tell that something was there.
