Removing Paint from bumper
A lady I work with (yeah, seriously, not me) scraped her bumper into a plastic guard post and now has red paid in an inch wide x 10 inch long strip on her bumper. What is the best thing to buff this out with?

Re: Removing Paint from bumper
You might also use some WD40, and that might take it off as well, but make sure you have something to clean it off with.
We use to also use BG Stuff to remove things of this nature from used vehicles.... http://www.bgprod.com/products/fuelair2.html Last edited by sykominitrkr : 10-08-2008 at 01:13 AM. |

Re: Removing Paint from bumper
if you have access to a body shop you can use a mild paint thinner or "reducer"

Re: Removing Paint from bumper
3m rubbing compound and a terry clothe towel will remove the paint and not damage the finish |
