rear window + slag = shit

i was welding on the truck and didnt think to cover the rear window and i knoticed that it has splatted all over it and i think that the little pieces of hot metal melted into the glass....evey happen to anyone? how can it befixed if at all

if theres alot and it got on the back window pretty good i dont think you can get it off. i think if it barely left marks on your window you might have a chance in getting it out. im not sure how though.. wish i could have, the window on my ranger was ****ed! the whole back window looked the left section of the window.. that was as clean as itd get

my front one is like that, the whole front windshield is, friend that was friends with him said it was repainted a year ago, said he didnt use a grinder or anything, said its all could be from gravel/dirt hitting the winshield, but its way too bad to be that

try quick detailer and a razor blade. we had the same prob on last months TOTM this winter and that got it all off fine. is the back slider glass or plastic?? id def try it if it was glass, if its plastic your ****ed.

it's worth a shot, the razor blade will help a little bit, but for the most part, it's fvcked. been there done that... i was working on a buddies truck and slag hit his brothers car window next to it. it was screwed

i hit it with a blade when i first realized it happened it took the metal off but there are a bunch of little chips

I did this to my windshield, it wasnt real bad though. I just took a razor blade and ran it across the window until it was smooth. At least there arent any pieces of metal left in it.
