polishing Xtreme wheels?

I have mother's billet polish for my billet.I got turtle wax chrome polish for my chrome. What can I use on my stock xtreme wheels?Has anyone polished yours.I used some metal polish in a silver bottle with a cloth,I thought they were more shiny, but after the next wash, they looked the same as before,so I figured it just cleaned them very well. Does anyone have the answer,I thought of buying mothers new metal polish, but I want to see if anyone knows whether it works before I go and spend 7dollars on something that ain't gonna work.

Re: polishing Xtreme wheels?

You're wasting your money. Xtreme wheels are clear coated. You have to remove the clear if you want to polish them.

Agreed. Just use the same polish and wax that you use on your paint.

I always used Never Dull and it works good. Nice and shiny.

Re: polishing Xtreme wheels?

Like stated before, using a metal polish on a wheel with a cleat coat is a waste of time. Get some wheel wax
