Polished engine components, sealing...?
I'm curious as to how I can cheaply seal my polished pieces? I just got my supercharger polished and before I put it on I'd like to see about having it sealed.
I'm hoping there is a UV spray can / rattle can clear that I can use to seal it with. I can't remember the exact brand, but it's like 17$ at the automotive paint store that has UV built in. I do not own a spray gun, nor look to get someone with one to do it for me. I'd rather do it myself the cheapest/easiest way thanks |

UV only protects against sun fading, not too much sun shines under your hood. the only way to keep it nice is to put hand polish/wax on it all the time.

Your right, I have no idea why I was thinking about UV. WOW, I'm astonished why I even considered that, it's kind of funny tho. Do you recommend any certain product to use? |

blue magic metal polish is some good stuff. pretty much though you are going to have to just keep it hand polished, i know it sucks but its better than nothing.
