Re: painting frame

I would NOT use the spray on "bedliner" stuff from WalMart. I have Duplicolor's version of the stuff on my bumper and it is no stronger than regular 'ol paint.

Re: painting frame

rustoleum with rustoleum primer - they make a "Stops Rust" series of paint. works perfect and it lasted thru a pennsylvania winter so far. pressure wash the frame if you can before you paint it

POR 15 is the shit, but u need to buy all the products they tell u to inorder to make it stick. I just painted the back half of my frame with it, but I just used the top coat and it didn't stick at all. U have to use all there products and It will come out really nice. U need the marine clean, then the metal ready, then use the top coat.

por15 link
