I CAN SECOND THAT!!!....Jeff here waxed my truck for me and its the best its looked since ive owned it....not even the guys that detailed it before i brought it home from the dealer made it look that damn nice....took out just about all the tiny scratches, and left my shit lookin like a mirror....I STAND BEHIND the NANOWAX LOL....even my Meguiars Signature wax didnt make it look that damn nice....either its good as hell or jeff may just be a pimp....or both

Re: new product .. a MUST

this wax will add so much more depth to yout paint .... the best way i found out how to use it thus far is

1.) wash your truck with black magic car soap,
2.) dry it off....
3.) clay your whole truck, using eagle one whipe and shine as a lube
4.) spray off your truck again...
5.) dry it off..
6.)spray a little bit of eagle one whipe and shine on to a applacatior pad
7.) apply nanowax to applacatior pad, only one pump per truck panel .... that should be enough wax to cover the area....
**NOTE: NANOWAX COMES IN A PUMP BOTTLE
8.) let wax dry to a haze and remove with a microfiber towel ...

thats the best way i found so far.. but who im i kidding you all know how to wax a truck..LOL ... try it if you would like .... hope it helps a little .. PEACE

Re: new product .. a MUST

how do you suppose the results would turn out if you just washed, dry, and then jsut waxed it, without claybarring it, and the other stuff?

Re: new product .. a MUST

so basically, wash truck real good, dry truck real good, apply the wax on, on pump a panal, rub it on wait for it to dry as it gains the haze, wipe it off with the supplied micropad, success?

That should be fine because you really only need to clay your truck when it gets that grimey ruff feeling. You know the feeling when your girl starts to dry up. LOL

Re: new product .. a MUST

exactly what it says...clay....kinda like play dough...rub it on the very wet surface of your truck using a detailing mist or some sort of that...gets all industrial fall out, bugs tar , and crap off your paint
maxes waxing alot easier and maxes the paint look better

Re: new product .. a MUST

I have seen this stuff in some ads, at first I thought it was some kind of new aftershave or something, lol, ya know cause of the bottle shape. I will have to try it out. I mainly use Griot's Garage stuff on everything. Their "Best of Show Wax" is $20 a bottle unshipped, but it too is worth the money. I will have to see if the nano wax shows it up. The pics certainly look awesome...

My friend's dad just bought it and did his own Durango R/T and his other son's civic. He said its hard to take off and it doesnt do too much to the paint, just beads the water for a week.
Maybe you'll have better luck i dunno...try it out and let us know.

Re: new product .. a MUST

well I have tried the meguiers gold class and wasnt too impressed with it, my friend seems to like it a lot for his (much more damaged) paint. Over the weekend I bought a mothers clay bar (came with detail spray and a bottle of canaruba) and nanowax. Let me just say, wow. It looks amazing for 7 year old paint. I havent tried the Ultra Gloss yet, but what sold me on nanowax was this thread, the applicator and microfiber, plus the mail in rebate. Has anyone compared these 2 products yet, im interested to hear.

3M Waxes-http://www21.3m.com/dr/v2/ec_MAIN.Entry10?SP=10024&PN=16&V1=37838&xid=28181& DSP=&CUR=840&PGRP=0&CACHE_ID=0

I used the Light Oxidation Remover one on mine and it did exactly that. Removed all oxidation, nearly all the tiny scratches and swirl marks and made my black paint look DEEP.

Hrm interesting, it looks pretty good on the site. Anyone got any pics of it after use?

I'm thinking about going out and trying the new NXT wax after I've used the Nanowax. 15 bucks is a bit steep though.

I've been a Zaino user since 99, I haven't put any on the Jimmy yet (used truck, not worth Zaino) I'm using Zymol on the Jimmy right now. So for those of us that use Zaino, how does this stuff compare? I've got a whole cabinet full of 2/3 full bottles of waxes that I've "tried".

Yeah I got Nano-Wax, and I waxed that on one side of my hood, and Gold Class on the other I stand by the Gold Class, they were pretty much Dead-Even, i even looked at it under different light and Gold Class left a better texture, I guess it depends on the quality of your paint and mine's in pretty damn good condition for 6-year-old car, almost no swirl marks, barely noticeable ones.
