Need some advise.

The bed of this truck is in rough shape. Dents in the fenders and it is so scratched. First thing i want to do is wash it and wax it, but before i wax it i might touch up the paint, All of the inside of the bed is a big scratch. Once i get it home i'll take pics, it's relaly rough. I am thiking of beating out the dents and Rhino Lining it. But the paint on the top of the bed sides is just fugly and i need to fix it somehow.

So my main questions are.
* What waxs
* What are good soaps
* What touch up kits ( i can't spend thousands to have them fix this.)
*Cheap prayin/ roll in bed liners
