my carelessness = rust spots

my paint is full of small rust spots from cutting my truck up, (bagging it) not cleaning the metal dust off and then leaving it outside in the rain and sun. i tried to clean the hood quick with some soap and sponge but it didnt help. has anyone else ever been as careless as me and have this happen? acid bath and a buff job maybe? i also have vinyl stripes and they look like shit also, think my glass is etched pretty good as well.. thanks

Did not try and think that you need to use clay bar.
