Washed the truck and got a pnone call before I could rinse it with the filtered water. By the time I got back out there, the truck was dry and no water spots. So next time I washed it with my regular car soap, (lots cheaper than the mr. C stuff and does a better job), Diluted the mr. C soap with water and just gave the truck a quick spray, waited a minute and rinsed it off . Ta Da...... nO water spots. Save ya some money on the filter.

Re: Mr. Clean update
It probably depends on how hard your water is...I know my water is hard as hell, you can smell it it's so bad. I just bought it the other day and washed it tonight. I haven't been out to check it yet, but it's dark now...so I'll see in the morning how it turned out.....so it doesn't run through the filter except when you've got it on the "AutoDry" setting?
