Unhappy Mildew problems..HELP please!!

A while back I sunk my ZR2 in a nice size hole. Now it's starting to mildew and the inside of my truck smells really bad. I'm not sure how to get rid of the mildew, or where it's even located, be it on the passenger side floorboard, or in the seat. Does anyone know of a easy way to get rid of the mildew, and the smell? I'd rather not replace the carpet because I have no experience w/ this crap, and my friend said carpet is a bitch to replace. Any suggestions..please!! thanks.
