Little chips in paint from gravel

Alright the city repaved the roads in my neighborhood and did a horrible job leaving gravel all over the roads. I've got about five hundred pin head size chips on the bottom of the door what's the best way to get these fixed?
I really don't have the money to do new paint, is there any other way to make them look better?

Oh yeah my truck is black so evey little chip stands out.

Thinking about making the city get me some mud flaps.

I would get touch up paint from a auto parts store. Worked great on my truck. Just be sure if your paint is or isn't matallic. You don't wanna use the wrong style of paint

Call the city or whoever did the road work, I kno that when they paint the road lines if you get paint on your truck they will fix it. It's worth a try.

Re: Little chips in paint from gravel

yeah first, call the city and raise hell. if that doesnt work, being they are small chips duplicolor touch up would be fine. just be shure to get the right color.

a hint for filling chips: use a real stiff brush, easier to control and it wont glob on. or even the torn end of paper matches works real well.
