Just removed that trim on side of doors...HELP!!!

I just removed the trim off of the side of the doors and around the wheel base. I need to know what is the best way to touch up the paint. I'll tkae some pix soon to let you know exactly what it looks like. You can't really notice it from far but when you get close you can really see it. Check out my "before" pix here: http://members.cardomain.com/dubr562. I'll be posting my "after" pix soon with some close ups on the trouble spots. PLEASE HELP!!!
