Are you shopping for trucks in the Ghetto or something?

Re: Interesting things you've found while cleaning your truck.

I was cleaning out a 96' that was left on my mother's lot. There were many prono mags, perscription bottles (diff names) pain killers, a rusted out 9mm, different sized womens panties and bras, it had the middle console (automatic) and under the big "tub" there was a little bag of what I think was cocaine. I dumped the powder, through away everything else. Crazy stuff because this guy was a room mate that moved away and left the truck.

in my old 98 s10 I found...

a butt load of crusty change
a picture of some baby
2 bags of Combos
1 opened the other still fresh (totally ate that shit)
a sweet pair of neon sunglasses from the 80s

In my new truck the only weird thing I found was a tiny sticker on my rear view mirror of some milf. Oh and a spare tire with a DICE valve stem cap! its hilarious

Re: Interesting things you've found while cleaning your truck.

When I was doin my suicide hood I found an old socket wrench tucked way up in the wheel well area when I pulled the washer fluid resiviour out. The only other person that had been that deep into my truck was my friend Mike when he fixed it after my accident. He was killed 2 years prior in a car accident. Still have the wrench sitting up on my dresser, and can only laugh about it, as I remember him talking about loosing it and not being able to find it anywhere.

When I was media blasting a 68 camaro at work I got to the firewall and noticed electrical tape on the cowl so i stopped and unwrapped it and there was a rolled up peice of paper that was brownish and older looking with a guys name and address written on it... is was up under the cowl so some one more then likely had the car aprt or atleast fromt end off.. thought it was pretty sweet we're going to give it to the owner when we're done with the car.. pretty curious who the person is.....

Transmission Fluid tucked between the battery and rad support.
Some gun shells.
Finishing nails.

When my brother bought his car, from a car lot, he found a six pack of beer in the trunk, unopened.

Re: Interesting things you've found while cleaning your truck.

In my first car ( an 88 beretta gtu) I found down under the emergency brake and center console cover I found a negative to a picture which looked like two gay guys hugging each other standing by a vacuume cleaner.

Second car (93 honda civic hatchback) in the spearker cover on the drivers side door I found an empty film container full of once was probably some good nugs, they still had a nice smell but were beyond use. The funny thing is I sorta know the guy that sold me the car and his dad is very very strick.

Third car (92 beretta base) in the rear seat ashtray I found about 3 blunt roaches.

Fourth car (88 rx-7 t2) I found the original window sticker in the glove box and an strange metal flip up type thing. to this day I still have no idea what it is or was used for but I still keep it. Maybe some time of wheel chock?

Fifth car (84 s10) nothing as of yet. The previous previous owner replaced the carpet, headliner, seats and most interior. I am sure he was the lucky one that got to find all the good stuff. Actually I did find a bunch of wiring which at one time went to something in the engine bay but is no longer there. Possibly neon lights or a train horn? Also there is two switches on the dash which were hooked up to something at one time.

Re: Interesting things you've found while cleaning your truck.

I bought a 77 camaro back in the early 90's from a friend that got it from someone that dated a guy who sold cocaine.Aparently this guy used the car to make a run to Florida when he returned that very night his gf left him and took the camaro (it was in her name). She eventually sold it to my friend who drove it for a few years.I bought it and drove it for a while, then out of the blue my sister got a call from some guy named Vinnie trying to locate the car (it was in my sisters name) .She just told him that she would talk to me about it .My sister calls me and said this guy was the original owner ...and wanted the car back to restore it and would trade me any car off his used car lot for it.So since the 77 had sufficient rust I took his offer, and met him and I picked out a 80 camaro that was in great condition and drove it home.So I call my friend Tanya who I bought the car from. She tells me the whole story of the car belonging to Vinnie (the used car guy)and how he was a drug dealer and that her friend dated him and left him and took the car.I told her the offer he gave me and she said he wanted it because there are probably drugs hidden in the car....I drove by his place a few months later and there the car sat with the interior completely dismantled ,and nothing else was ever done to the car.If I only knew about the drugs!!!!!!!!!!Sorry about the long story

Exterior: dead bird (looked like it'd been there for years) and 3 large shop towels between condenser and radiator.
Interior: about 5 bucks in change, various pieces of candy and other snacks, little bits of broken glass swept into a recess behind the seat (looked like auto glass), spark plug gapper, a full spool of speaker wire, and about a million used, dirty tissues (the previous owner is my best friend, so we had a few words over that )
