Im tired of this crap
Ok, Im tired of looking at all of the bugs on the fornt of my car and not being able to get them off with car soap or even going thorough one of those high pressure sprayers.. What can I use to get those bugs off and also clean my truck to leave a great shine?

Man...what kinda bugs do you have in Ohio?! Do you not wash your truck very often? I've never had a problem. I have to spray it a little longer than the rest of my truck but it just hoses right off. You might try getting some bug/tar remover. That stuff works great. Or probably just some carb cleaner, kerosene, stuff like that works well too.

Re: Im tired of this crap
ahh...i've never used an automatic car wash. everyone's car i've seen always looks like crap afterwards. Not clean at all. And besides it's WAY cheaper and better to hand wash it at the car wash. At least in my opinion. I can soap, brush, wax, and spot free for $1.50. But that's running like crazy.

Re: Im tired of this crap
just use the wheel cleaner at the car wash and then use the high pressure washer. hold it about twoinches from the bumper and go slow. this should take most of it off. then use some bug and tar remover and a bug scrubber sponge. if u can't get them off like that, you are phuqd!

Re: Im tired of this crap
Bug scrubber and a little elbow grease. No need for laziness while cleanin your ride.
The bug scrubbers also do a great job on the grime on the lower rockers too |

What works for me is spray WD40 on the front end of your car let it sit for a while and then scrub it down with a bruch then rinse.

Re: Im tired of this crap
I picked up one of those netted bug scrubbers from Wal-Mart today for like 97 cents so we'll see how that works out when I have some bug-scrubbing time! The netting seems so rough but I don't think it will hurt the clearcoat.
