how to remove....

hey guys, a few nights ago after work me and a couple of friends were hanging out in the parking lot, and our cars were iced over in a few places. One of the spots it was iced over was the roof. My lame friend decides to start writing on peoples cars..he wrote on my roof, like scratching in the ice. Now i noticed you can still see it. I washed it a few times, and sprayed some quick detailer on it, and it went away a little, but not completely. Any ideas on how to get it out? It's weird because you cant see it at all when the truck is wet. Thanks in advance!

It might have scratched your clear coat, or if you have alot of wax on your truck, it scratched the wax off. Water fills in scratches. Try rewaxing that spot. Whether it scratched the was or the clear coat, the wax should fix it as lont as it's not deep, which it doesn't sound like it is. Meguiars Scratch-X in the tube is great stuff if waxing doesn't do the trick.
