How to Clean off Dry Wax

Hey Everyone


i am driving 98 ss and love it clean.... i mean clean... but i happend to get alittle wax on the front body kit and side steps.

I was talking to my grandfather who has been working on cars before canada was country jk


ANYWHOOO to clean dry wax all u need Toothbrush,wetcloth and Peanutbutter..

Yes Peant butter. use the on the toothbrush scrub away let is sit for a min or two. the wipe away with the wet cloth....... GOODBYE DRY WAX

peanut butter....HAHA, and do you even know WHY it works???















because it has VEGTABLE OIL in it. (which HIDES it)

anyways, want to use something BETTER to get dried wax off of plastic?

use WD-40.

My guess is the oil content...works for getting gum out of hair too...

Or you can kill two birds with one stone. While you're washing your rig, clean the wax-stained spots with some degreaser and a medium bristle brush. You can even scrub some dressing into it after that, works like a charm
