How to clean exhaust tips?
What's the best way to clean chrome exhaust tips? Mine are only 3-4 months old and there already nice and yellow. I want them to look like they were new again. I was thinking about getting some silver polish or something and soft brillow pad but is there a better way to spiff them up?

I clean mine with window cleaner and real fine steel wool, then I go over them with metal polish.

Mothers Chrome Polish or the Never Dull stuff. Those have always worked on mine.

werd....never dull will make them look new again....i had a viair 480 that had surface rust and was so sull it didnt look chrome...after i spent about 20 mins polishing it with never dull it looks like the day i bought it...hell it looks even better than the day i got it

they might be stainless ... i used mothers chrome polish and they look pimp :d thanks for the help guys

on m yold truck the tips were ugly and dark colored, took some mothers polish and started scrubbing it, and it turned out to be stainless steel from what i seen, didnt shine, but it looked brand new, wasnt a real tip, just steel tubing.
id try some sort of chrome polish or buffing compound |
