Re: how do you clean your dash...

The water will usually dry the dash out. On mine, I use Meguiar's Natural Shine. It keeps that "brand new" look without making it look oily like some other products out there.....

I use Armor All cleaning and protectant wipes, they work great and make the dash shiny!

Is their a product that lives it shiney and is dust resistant but doesn't feel slimey? My last car had a lot of armor all in it and it was slippery and slick like oil I hated it.

Todays plastic doesnt need any protectectant.Has UV inhibitors in it already.Little soap and water and your good to go.WHen I clean my windshield I usually spray the dash too.One of those vaccum attachments with the hair on the are good to run over the cracks and crevices when vaccuming too.

I usually use Stoners Glass cleaner for it. It's just as easy for me to spray the windows and dash at the same time when I'm cleaning the intrior. Sometimes I'll just use a damp cloth if it's not too dirty. A diluted mixture of simple green works great if you've got some stubborn dirt on there

no you have it opposite - amor all never makes your dash and crap crack , thats always been a rumor.

and yes - they have ran tests - couple yrs ago they had demonstrations leaving dash's out in the sun all day for months .

Re: how do you clean your dash...

when i clean my dash i use the california duster not only does it clean but it leaves a little shine to it cuz of the wax on it. All you have to do is shake it when your done. The best part about it is that the dirtier it gets the better it cleans

I use Meguiars Natural Shine. Keeps it looking better and brighter than brand new.
