Re: how can i polish this...

If that is billet, you need to use a bench grinder with buffer pads, but in progression, use the green, red and white rouge with the corresponding wheels and you'll get your shine.... there is write ups on here somewhere!

Re: how can i polish this...

I was able to sand my centercaps and hand polish them. I believe I used 1000, 1500, and 2000 grit paper. The only difference is that those look like a casting with those 4 prongs. Mine don't have them, plus you can see the machining marks on the inside of the center cap. From my experience, most castings don't polish out quite as nice as a forging or machined billet.

Re: how can i polish this...

Those caps(and wheels for that matter) look a bit rough. For something needing polished like that, I found mothers billet polish wasnt aggressive enough.

I've used regular mothers first, then gone back over them with the mothers billet. Looked 10X better than when I just went over them with the billet only.

Chrome = cheap flat shine

Polished = deep rich shine

I would almost agree. When my wheels are clean and polished I'm so glad I don't have chrome. But the first time it rains my mind changes almost
