Hood Scoop Goo Be Gone?

I took my scoops off and used the erase wheel to take the big stuff off and wiped it down with water and such... but how do i get that fine stuff off my hood? like the white film stuff. i can still some of the outline of my hood. is there any liquid that won't ruin my paint but thake that double sided tape crap off? thanks for any help, Stefan

use goo gone and let IT do the work

rub very softly

then wax it immediately, maybe using some sort of compund or a cleaner wax first if you made small scratches

my dad has some compound at the shop, just put some on a rag and rub it in after i goo gone it?
