Here's a site with some good tips..

Ar guy over at another forum posted this. Seems like they have a couple good tips.
A member here suggested I try Liquid Glass polish and pre cleaner on my ole ride.
It has some serious oxidation..I haven't done the truck yet, but did try a small corner.

Came out pretty nice..Won't ever be a show finish, but for a single stage 12 yr old ride
the Liquid Glass polish will definitely pull a shine..Anyway a link to the above site..
