hellacious oxidation!!
i have some eagle wheels that have a machined face(has the tiny grooves) with a polished lip. i used some amonia based polish called blue magic, and it made them shiny and brighter, but there are still tons of little white spots everywhere. you cant feel them, but you can definately see them.bufffing the hell out of them by hand barely does any good. what would you guys recommend?

It's not oxidation, probably some hard water spots. I've found that regular old Mothers polish can get them off with the right amount of elbow grease. You could also try the Mothers Powerball

The power ball is great for wheels, gets into the tough spots!

If they are hard water spots, try using vinegar on them before you buff. Vinegar will usually disolve the spots and you wont have to worry about buffing into the clear coat on the wheels.
