Has anyone used the Mr. Clean AutoDry Carwash System?

Ive seen this on woot.com a few times and its dirt cheap. Wondered if anyone had used it before and how it worked for them. I think they also sell it at walmart so I may pick up on there. Whatcha think?

Talking about the blue thing that attaches to the end of the hose? I've had mine for several years now and I love it! It wont take thicks coats of mud off like a regular hose nozzle, but for driving through mud puddles and daily driving it works great! And the towel free drying is really nice with the filtered water that it sprays. I've never gotten water spots from using it. I'd recommend it!

It does a decent job. You have to buy the refils for it. I think its cheaper to just buy car wash and do it yourself. I hate to repeat everyone else, but nothing beats a bucket, sponge, and sham.

I have it but never use it much, i find it doesn't spray very hard, the pressure sucks even with good tap pressure, but yes it does leave no water spots, didnt even have to towel dry, just make sure the filter is new.

I saw a lot of streaks and water marks/ spots on my black truck.
I stopped using it, I also got it when it first came out.

I have one also. It sucked on the wife's white tahoe. After washing, it looked like I didn't do a thing to it. It even says on the package to wet one section at a time and use a sponge to wash the truck. We bought it because she found it new in the package at a yard sale for 2 bux.

my old housemate had one, and he said it left little tiny water spots all over it, hard to notice, and on a daily D you probably won't care.

IMO what makes a good car wash good, is the elbow grease/attention to detail, but almost above all is regular washes. Back in HS I used to wash my car every 2 weeks and wax it every 3-6 months, I miss having that nice of paint, took a hell of alot of work though.

Re: Has anyone used the Mr. Clean AutoDry Carwash System?

those with water spots left over...do you use well water or city water? Would be intersting to see.

For me it's well water and I have no water spots, it could be the stuff in your water that leaves spots.

hand wash and hand dry with sham/ microfiber.

Its the only way to have a "CLEAN" truck.

CAR WASH DOESNT MAKE IT CLEAN
