Re: Getting dried bondo off????

wait a sec, im confused... you shaved handles, got it painted and then spilled bondo on it? or you have it dripping off of the spot where the handles were (and didnt yet paint it) if its option #2... sand it...

Re: Getting dried bondo off????

If its on Paint, I would suggest using a plastic type paint scrapper (or anything made of strong plastic so you won't scrape the paint), put it on the base of the bondo spot, but not touching the paint, and giving it a good wack. If there's wax on the paint, it will pop off. Another alternative is to use a heat gun, That will soften the bondo and make it removable, but if you're not carefull it will blister your paint. You might try a hair dryer first.
