Fan Cover Removal?

You know the fan cover. The big plastic thing in the front if you don't know what I mean already. heh

Well I was looking at removing that so I can paint it. Is that easy to take out? I thought I saw some special heads on the bolts on the front. That rubber piece I mean.

Any help would be appreciated.

how about you tell me what motor you have so i can move this to the proper section
