drill bit for polishing

ive seen drill bits that are uspposed to be used for polishing. i spend normally 50min-1hr on each rim. thats by hand, dipping my fingers in the polish then sitting there and rubbing till it turns black then wiping off with a towel til all is gone. im using blue magic and was just wondering if you could do it with one of the drill bits. thanks
