Re: dirty car?
the cars that look like that come from auctions. i like to do that crap its a challenge to me. and keeps me busy. those cars usually take a good 2 days to finish. People just get lazy and start to not care. They trash their cars then sell them.
ya i love my job cuz i can detail my truck whnever i want. now i need to drop it |

Re: dirty car?
you didn't use an extractor...i feel bad for you lol
I hate cleaning interiors that look like that, I still have nightmares about this VW Bug I did with a tan interior. PAIN IN THE ASS |

Re: dirty car?
You work in a detail shop that doesn't have a carpet extractor? You need to tell the owner/boss to get one! Even something like the Bissel Little Green Machine works good for stuff like that
![]() Nice work though. I too would have passed on an interior like that, for how much I charge and the amount of work those carpets needed, it's not worth it IMO. I see your guys' polishers hanging on the wall there. One looks like a DeWalt 849, and the other one looks like it could be an older Black and Decker? |

Re: dirty car?
both buffers. dewault 3000rpm. and the black one is a variable speed generic up to 6000 rpm. in my years of working on carpets ive found that even the mot expensive cleaners still work just as good and warm water, cleaning shit solution, scrubbing and using the shop vac. and that way is cheaper.
to many detailers dont do hard work anymore haha |
