Detailing help tree sap

my hood and roof have become really rough, I can wash it of with a sponge, im sure its because i park close to some evergreen trees, what can i get this stuff of with?

its the whole hood that feels like sandpaper i guess i should but some on a buffer?

it would help loosen it at least....try the bug and tar first, let it sit for a minute to work its way into that.

dont waste your time with bug remover.i sell the best stuff for removing tree sap.no hard rubbing,wont harm your paint.it cost $18.50 a bottle thats to your door and it will probaly last a life time.if anybody wants some contact me.

Try hot soapy water with dawn or something. Usually works on light amounts of sap. Don't know how bad yours is.

Hrmm yeah $18.50 is a bit steep, I use 3M bug & tar remover, works great and is only ~3 bucks.

Buy some clay bar. Clay bar removes all road grime, water spots, pitch, and what not. If your truck feels like sandpaper, this will get rid of it all!!

get yourself some medium duty, make sure you also get clay lube too because if you don't use the lube, the clay can actually scratch the paint and plus it would be a bitch to move it across the surface.
