couple of cleaning Q's..

Alright..
first is I have flat black stripes on my hood..
it sat outside for a night

and some bird pooped on it.
it looks like it stained.. I used glass cleaner but nothing worked..
i used a towel and pressed firmly and i fudged the paint..
it looks like I smeared the paint when it was wet.. i didnt know the paint was that sensitive..
either way how do I clean the flat paint without ruining it...

also.. one of my headlights is really foggy.. know how to clean that up??
