color wax?

My truck is white...the wax i used is white also...when i put the wax on i can't see where its on or not, so i have to look at it from sides and stuff just to figure out where its on or not. Same thing comes when removing wax. This got me thinking. Is there some kind of wax that’s some other color so it can be seen on white paint? I searched and didn't seem to find an answer.

Re: color wax?

yea there are tons of waxes that are other colors. just ask ur local autoparts store. or u can get the wax as u dry stuff. u wash ur car and when ur car is wet spray it on ur car and dry ur car off and its waxed. it works pretty good in my opinion

this method works great for me since I've got several large dings and such on my hood and side panels. if I hand wax the vehichle it gets down in the dings and I can't get the wax back out unless I use a toothbrush, and there's just way too many lil dings to do that. spray on wax is my friend

Re: color wax?

you spray it on then wipe it off. it's what dealerships use but you can get it at local shops.
