clearcoated rims
i have a set of xtreme alloys and they are clear coated aluminum. Can i use turtle wax or something similar to polish my wheels with?

Also, make sure to use a good microfiber towel to get into the hard to reach area's of the wheels..., it really makes the job much easier. |

Your wheels are clear coated and can be treated with wax just like the paint on your truck. If you want you can use a paint cleaner, polish and wax. I like using Meguiars. After waxing, mine stay claner longer. The brake dust doesn't stick as much. |

How exactly does the towel determine how easy it is to get into a "hard to reach area" on an oem x wheel? |
