clear coat problems

i just waxed my truck and afterwards i noticed that it looked like a bunch of slits in my clear coat. and the wax went is side of them.. no it looks like a bunch of little white lines on my hood? its not on the rest of the truck, just the hood.. any suggestions??

your paint is oxidized. my old hood had it a little at first and after a few months it spread to the whole hood, it looked so gay. i never did find a way to stop the growth =(
