cleaning wheels, got caught in crap weather

had a meet the other day and got caught on the way home in crappy weather (snow/ice=salt). didn't have a lot of time this last week and a half and my 212's are being a bitch to clean. i washed them w/ soapy water...didn't do a ton. broke out the mothers ball for the flat spots and broke out the elbow grease for the small areas and lip area. i did one wheel tonight and it seemed to turn out alright. took me forever. i'll see how she looks more tomorrow, but there isn't any better way to clean them is there? i figured just alot of tedious and tiring polishing.

What polish are you using? Some polishes work on certain rims better than others. I don't know how it does on Eagles, but Mothers Billet Polish makes my Centerlines and interior billet trim peices look like mirrors with little effort.

I've been working on the Blasters in anticipation of getting the damaged one back. The little tiny spaces in the spokes were never polished so I figured now would be a good time to do it. Got out the Dremel, polishing wheels and a tub of Mothers Billet Polish..oohh ahhh...lookin good. I tried the ball but it's too big.
