Any decent carpet/upholstery spot cleaner will do. I just have a spray foam with a built-in brush applicator. Spray, rub, and let dry. If there is any residue, it vacuums out clean.

If you've got a bigger job (like, all of the truck instead of just a spot), see if you can borrow or rent an auto upholstery shampoo-er. The big household ones are too aggressive, I've found, and leave little fuzzies.

If its a bad stain.... well, it was time for a new color anyways, right? Rip er off and do it again.
