Re: cleaning tint ?
I would think windex and paper towel. I've had tinted windows for a few years and always used it

Re: cleaning tint ?
You can use any glass cleaner as long as it doesn't have amonia in it.

Re: cleaning tint ?
Sprayway is a great ammonia free glass cleaner, it foams so it doesn't run down the window either.

Re: cleaning tint ?
Dont use ammonia. Just buy the safe window cleaner meant for tint at the auto store & be done with it. Paper towels will not harm your tint. I have used it for 14 years & I have never had a vehicle with out tint. I smoke so I have get that extra filmy crap off too but dont want to spend a year smearing it around. I go to the gas station & I use their sqeegy & clean the outside of the windows. Then I do the inside window with it too. It doesnt waste your time smearing it. You can do it once, if very dirty, do it twice & you will have no residue or anything. It doenst harm tint either.

Re: cleaning tint ?
Like they said, do NOT ever use any cleaner with ammonia!
Eagle 20/20 is okay.......I like Stoner's glas cleaner....its in a spray can......bad ass stuff.....also, www.tropi-care.com makes an awesome glass cleaner.......i've been using it in conjunction with a microfiber towel, and it works as well as newspaper.....its awesome |
