cleaning stainless steal on rims?

ok my rims have a lip on the outside that is stainless steel I have used this NOXOM stuff that works ok but it dosent get out the marks and leaves a slight hazzy look when the light is right on it. other than that it works pretty good but im looking to see if there is a better way of cleaning/polishing them?

you can kinda see the hazyness and the marks still on there in this one.

EDIT: I CANT SPELL STEEL

Re: cleaning stainless steal on rims?

it'd suggest getting some white or brown jewelers rogue and spilling a 3-6" fine buffing wheel to remove the haze and scratches. The only problem with this is it'd stip the black paint right off if your not careful.
